The overdraft on the transaction account is approved to the client for a fixed term up to one year. The amount of the overdraft is determined on the basis of a specific percentage of monthly inflows and financial performance indicators of the business entity.
Within the approved amount and period of use, business entitycan use the funds and return the funds on a revolving basis, and upon expiry of the due date the funds must be returned in full.
Using overdraft loans, business clients have access to overdraft funds at the very moment in which the funds are needed and repay them when there is a surplus of funds.
